When you use our booking form, Quick Check self-assessment, or contact us directly, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, city, the test panel you're interested in, any symptoms you choose to share, and your preferred contact time. If you proceed with an ImuPro test, we also collect the personal and health-related data necessary to process your blood sample and generate your results report.
We use the information you provide to:
Your blood sample and the associated test data are sent to a certified laboratory in Germany for ELISA analysis on R-Biopharm AG's RIDASCREEN® platform, under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards. This transfer is necessary to deliver your test results and is carried out under the laboratory's own data protection and quality management obligations. We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third party for marketing purposes.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Access to your information is limited to ImuPro India staff and laboratory partners directly involved in processing your test and booking.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, or delete your data where we are not legally required to retain it (for example, medical records may need to be retained for a minimum period under applicable regulations). ImuPro testing is available for children over 12 months old. Where a test is booked for a minor, the data is provided and consented to by a parent or legal guardian on the minor's behalf.
